Initially chartered with the formation of the Exchange, a user group for Crystal Reports users, Dart soon found itself running events targeted at improving the knowledge of its members and providing the most supportive technical support function available.

Working alongside its sister company Chase International, the staff members of Dart could call upon skilled trainers and consultants to help their members to resolve issues of software licensing, training, consultancy and support.
In recent years DART has been more of a captive research centre working on determining where the next ‘killer app’ will come from in the field of Business Intelligence and as a result has identified a small number of vendors whom it feels are able to claim that title for their products.
Following a change in direction in 2008, DART has now entered the market in its’ own right to provide sales and support services for clients focussed upon these selected vendors.

Product recommendation from DART Technology ensures companies have the best data analytics and reporting tools, along with a long-term solution to fit present and future organisational requirements. Installation and implementation are planned with DART consultants with support and regular product Health Checks available.

Training and Consultancy
Training and consultancy services are available from our internal staff of product-accredited and fully trained professional trainers and consultants. Training services can be tailored to suit requirements for on-site training and workshops as well as Closed Company courses at our own locations.
